The what
I am building Surfeb that will allow you to track your web surfing activities. Think a lot of graphs and analytics to help you understand your surfing habits. Categorize your activity using profiles (work, entertainment, research etc.) and ask questions about your data.
The how
Surfweb will work via browser extensions. Once installed, your activities will be tracked, encrypted client-side, and then sent to our servers. This data will then be used to generate analytics and pretty graphs. Privacy friendly because no one but you will ever see your data.
The why
I love quantizing my data and making it easy to understand. How much time did I spend on Reddit watching cats? How much of my life did I waste on StackOverflow wondering why a SELECT * FROM user is not working (real story)? Surfeb will help you answer these questions.
